You have questions, we have answers!
Booking a test ride at Fatbikescenter is easy. Below are the questions we get asked most about our locations and test rides.
Can I get personal advice?
Absolutely. At our locations a staff member helps you compare models and take them for a ride, so you pick the bike that really fits you.
How can I pay in store?
By card or cash, and also with Klarna (pay later), iDEAL in3 (three interest-free instalments), credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I take the bike home right away?
If it is in stock you can ride away right there. If only the test model is on site we order it together and usually deliver it ready to ride the next day.
Can I arrange insurance right away?
Yes, when you buy. It requires an ART-2 chain lock and a GPS tracker, which we sell with every bike.
